What we collect
When you apply to be listed we collect your name, practice name and type, country, city and area, session types, languages, starting fee, WhatsApp number, an optional Instagram or website link, and the description you write. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it
To prepare your listing, send you a preview on WhatsApp, and publish it once you approve. We don't sell or rent your data.
Practitioner listings
Information on a practitioner's listing is provided and approved by that practitioner. They can ask us to change or remove it at any time, and we act on that within 7 days.
How long we keep it
Applications that don't become a listing are deleted 12 months after the last contact. Published listings are kept until you ask us to remove them. PLACEHOLDER: confirm these periods.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to ceo@holisticmantra.com. We reply within 30 days.
Who processes it
Our site runs on Cloudflare. Form submissions are delivered to us through Telegram and stored in Cloudflare. Messages to you are sent through WhatsApp.
